Halloween fashion show

Mom had surgery on her shoulder a few weeks ago so Luke and I went to Indiana to help her. I don't know how much help we were, but we did have fun seeing that side of the family. And best of all, Luke got to have some much needed play time with his cousins!



We tried to keep mom from doing too much because she needed to rest her shoulder. However, getting my mom to rest is pretty hard. So Shawna came up with an idea to at least keep her entertained. She organized a Halloween costume fashion show. All of the kids wore their costumes, but since we didn't bring Luke's monkey costume, Shawna supplied a cute tiger costume. But Luke couldn't fit into it, so we unzipped the top and made him Tarzan. It kind of looks like a stripper, but we're saying Tarzan.

Ahhh Luke was so happy to get that costume off! Loving some rolling around time on the floor with his cousin, Collin. I can picture this turning into a wrestling match in a couple of years!




Anna and the other big kids were so sweet - they kept bringing him toys and giving him hugs. Here's Anna giving him a little belly rub. Luke just loves his time with his cousin! Wish we could see him all the time.
